    In Valencia, buyer´s are responsible for paying the 3% buyer´s agent commission. This is the case no matter who you work with! The minimum is 3000€ based on purchase price.

    • Showing Properties
    • Assist real estate attorney with paperwork until closing
    • Work with your mortgage broker, if applicable
    • Attend the signing at the notary
    • Assist with all other aspects of your move
    • 3% buyer´s agent real estate commission plus 21% IVA
